I just voted by mail,,, the "process" from start to finish consumed 11 pages of paper,,, including instructions in 7 languages. If you have ever identified as an environmentalist the logical course is to : VOTE IN PERSON AT A LOCAL POLLING PLACE ; the same way every time verifiable,,,, a civic activity shared by neighbors with at least some illusion of an honest process. OR mail a ballot PACKAGE (wasted paper) to everyone and hope the fifty or so possibilities for inaccuracy are avoided.
