Farm Member Central Point, OR $15/hr Rate will raise to $17/hr after one month of work Bonus: $250 after 30 days of employment Job Description. Looking for hard-working, positive individuals to join our Farm Team. No experience required, but a willingness to learn about our agricultural production system and obtain an OLCC workers permit is needed. Manual labor on a cannabis farm to include, but not limited to pruning, harvesting, trimming, cloning, watering, spraying, trellising, weeding, transplanting, cloning, scouting. We will provide training.Attention to details and direction is expected. Work may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc. Work is 5 days a week, one of which is Saturday. This position is permanent and year-round!
