Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting in all aspects of production in a commercial outdoor grow. These responsibilities include watering, pruning, defoliating, washing and proper cleaning of equipment, following recipes and standard operational procedures; as well as assembling completed product materials into various containers and packages as well as ensuring that the appropriate quantity, weight, and type of product is packaged. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity, and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment. All qualified applicants will be trained in the use of equipment for production, METRC training, and all other specific cultivation training. Areas of responsibility include: • Following Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical and adult use marijuana regulations • Maintaining testing and formulating operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures • Responsibility for inventory, recordkeeping and quality of product at all times, maintaining inventory via seed-to-sale tracking • Facilitating and coordinating the operational requirements between in the production workflow • Responsibility for accurately weighing and recording all product weights • Confirming merchandise information matches that of the work order. • Working in a timely manner and striving to improve quality and maintain accuracy • Making sure that all concentrates/products are packaged, counted, sorted and labeled accurately • Assisting with intake and offloading of product and supplies • Keeping workplace surfaces and areas clean and sanitized • Performing all other tasks and duties as assigned • This role requires: • MUST be 21 years of age or older Must have OLCC card
