seeking responsible college student for early morning babysitting

Newly single mom of 6 kids (2 are off to college) needs a responsible reliable helper in the mornings when i leave for work at 6am to help get my 3rd grader and 6th grader off on their busses around 7:15 amd 7:30 am. I also have a 9th grader and a 10th grader who are here sometimes but they both attend a 6:30-7:30 class at the OSU institute building before their school begins at 9. looking for a non-smoker, non-drinker christian person who will help when we need it and we will be as flexible as we can with your school achedule too! When my older girls are home from college on break, we wont need help but I will still hire you for housekeping if you need the hours and want to work at your own schedule during those weeks. The job will require: helping kids get ready get them out to the bus stop (or drive them to sanger ridge elem and SW middle school) help make lunches make treats, celebrate successes help me keep track of four kids school events, sports and remind me or give me heads up when i space something enforce the chore chart like a dictator (okay not that forceful but help in the parenting and incentives for getting kids to work) do dishes & clean kitchen every mornign, vacuum, bathrooms & other housework as time permits feed kids and pets (we have 3 cats 2 dogs) or supervise kids doing it be a big brother or big sister to four great kids who are loving, kind, friendly, respectful, and recenty completely devastated by their dads lifestyle changes and all that goes with that, protect them from him and his mistress and their nonsense and be one more person in my kids life who shows they care and can be counted on- they’re hurt right now, I’m not gonna lie, this job is a big one! previous two nannies available as references for you, both of them were exactly what we needed during the semesters they worked for us! Hours6:00-8? M-F no weekends no holidays and more hours available if you habe the time. need reliable consistent help so i can get to work on time, its easier to leave the house when i know my kids are watched over and protected.
