Fall and Spring season seeking individual with their own tools//equipment to clean and maintain residential and small office property. Consist of weeding, trimming, planting of small shrubs or flowers if needed, weed control emergent pre work. In fall some mulching of flower and tree areas. In between season time for example once Spring clean up is done, every 2-3 week for X hours maintain the control of over growth as needed. No mowing is involved.
