Hello, my name is Stacy! I provide private duty in-home care for seniors in the tri-state area. I am the sole proprietor of Stacy’s Care. I wanted to give a brief background on the care I have provided. My STNA license is in good standing with a registry # 321791520917. I began working as an STNA at Shawneespring of Harrison in 2017. I worked PRN there up until October 2020. I also worked at Mercy West as a PCA 2018-2019 to gain knowledge and experience. I have provided private duty in-home to 7 families. I have lots of referrals and have been called back to care for the resident’s spouse when needed. I have worked at USPS since July 2013 – Current. I work as a part-time Clerk. I have submitted to a background check and referrals are posted on care.com/r/stacyh2092. I have gone on vacation with a resident to provide care while the family enjoyed their time with their loved one. I am compassionate, caring, respectful, responsible, professional, and outgoing. I deeply enjoy taking care of and getting to know every resident. I enjoy leaving a positive impact on peoples lives. Service’s I provide: * Light household chores * Activities based on PT’s guidance * Meal prep * Bathing/ dressing * Personal Hygiene * Transferring * Charting/ logging the resident’s daily activities * Monitoring BP, Pulse, O2, glucose * Communication with changes immediately   My Availability is: * Thurs 8p- 8a * Sat 8p-8a * Sun 8p-8a * Tues 9a-12p * Thurs 9a-12p I am currently filled Mon-Wed 8p-8a. Friday’s are my day off. I work USPS Mon-Fri 1p-4:45p and every other Sat 6:15a-11:45a   I offer competitive private duty rates for OH/NKY/IND. Call to discuss rates!
