Description

Install approximately 75 SY plush carpet on wood subfloor (tack strip and padding already newly installed). Rooms are standard with closets (square or rectangular) with baseboard heaters. There is also a hallway and landing included here. Install approximately 7.5SY plush carpet on 14-16 stairs. Install approximately 43 SY berber carpet on concrete basement floor (tack strip and padding may be installed by carpet install date). Concrete is old and brittle so tack strip will need to be cement glued.
