EVERGREEN STATE FAIR SECURITY OFFICERS Kaeka Group Protective Services is hiring Security Officers and Event Staff for the Evergreen State Fair (ESF) August 24 – September 7, 2021. We are hiring for Overnight Security Guards from 10pm-7am. Security positions for the fair are temporary with options for continued employment at other security assignments. Security officers perform a wide range of functions at the ESF such as, but not limited to: Assisting ESF Employees, Vendors and Visitors Controlling access Watching for unusual activity and any situation that poses a possible safety risk Checking I.D.’s for people accessing beer gardens throughout the fairgrounds Reporting problems and incidents to emergency personnel Write reports of any incidents Securing fairground facilities Watching over displays Other duties as assigned Kaeka Group is also hiring event staff for the ESF. Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age Available work evenings and weekends Security Officers must be able to obtain a state security license. We will walk you through the steps of obtaining the security license. Free of illegal drugs and drugs that impair your abilities Must be able to communicate in English Pay and Benefits: Pay $18.00 per hour Paid security training Part-time shifts available Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $18.00 per hour
