Looking to find someone who specializes in or is really really good at portrait tattoos. & not too expensive. Can be local to Rocklin or close by. Looking to schedule asap. It would be 3 of us coming to your shop. My mom and sis want some design, but I am looking to get a portrait done on my lower arm. I already have the picture I am looking to get ready to go. Black and grey portrait. If you are an artist or know of anyone who is really good please let me know! Ive been waiting a long time to get this piece done.
