I am a project manager for a remodeling and restoration company. We are located in Pearland, but serve the entire Houston area. Our jobs range easily from Alvin to Magnolia. Looking for crews for everything from cabinets, flooring, drywall, texture, paint, roofing, and anything else that could need fixing in a home. We also need a good cleaning crew. All work must be completed in full with invoice submitted by end of business Friday to be paid the following Friday after 4 pm. Remember when pricing a job for us, that we have already provided the job and we pay for materials, you do not have to market or find these jobs. Literally all you have to do is provide warm bodies and tools of your trade. My expectations: That a W9 and our subcontractor packet to be filled out and returned before you see a job to bid. Good communication is a must! Have professional knowledge of whatever job you sign a contract with me for. If you make an appointment show up for it. Jobs, barring unforeseen circumstances, should be done neatly and efficiently in an agreed to timeline. If I don't approve it, it doesn't happen no matter what the homeowner tries to tell you. There is absolutely zero drinking alcohol or smoking on client property.
