Well Established Healthcare Organization in Ventura Seeking a Full-Time Warehouse/Facility Resource Coordinator ASAP. This is a Contract-to-Hire Opportunity offering excellent benefits upon hire! This person will be responsible for coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility needs. Performs duties that ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Assists management in the successful achievement of collection goals and cost- effective operations. This position will support one designated location and work in a team environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management. 2. Assures quality customer service to all customers. 3. Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy. 4. Point of contact for assigned locations and Regional Facility Manager to coordinate and monitor work order status through 3rd party facility management company. 5. Directs and monitors 3rd party vendor personnel. Provides daily guidance, work direction, training, education and development activities. Ensures that maintenance and repairs are performed, as necessary; including emergency repairs. 6. Maintains necessary building utility functions, building cleanliness, and good employee working conditions. Performing maintenance of assigned locations to include grounds, property and physical assets. 7. Maintains inventory levels and availability of supplies for operations including restocking and ordering. Assists with the delivery of supplies to various departments and other sites, as required. 8. Responsible for the procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control (e.g., storage temperature) of materials and office supplies. Responsible for all temperature monitoring and validation activities in the warehouse. 9. Performs the loading and unloading of supplies and products and the use of mechanical equipment such as a forklift. 10. Maintains facility vehicles in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Assures each vehicle has the appropriate blood collection and safety equipment and all equipment is functional. Performs routine evaluations of all vehicles and maintains proper operation and cleanliness of company vehicles assigned to the facility. 11. Schedules preventive maintenance and repair of vehicles, and ensures vehicles are in compliance with all DOT requirements. Responsible for annual inspection and registration and DOT compliance. 12. Maintains CDL/CMV driver files and assists with DOT driver compliance in electronic and/or hard copy files.
