VET NEEDED EMERGENCY

I'm in need of a vet but I don't have money. I live in a friend's backyard(this is all due to ID issues, another story). I have a handicapped rabbit, she was rescued from an abusive home, she came to me with a spinal fracture, a dislocated leg and one that was broken in a couple places. She also has cataracts. She recently got dirty and was unable to fully clean herself(tipped her water into her food then laid in it). She cleaned the visible area but there were a few places that I couldn't see that were still very dirty. This morning I discovered she had Fly Strike. I believe I killed off most of it but she still needs to have her fur shaved so her wounds can be treated. She has aggravated her old injury so this makes everything even more complicated. Please if anyone can help, this is life or death and I have no money, literally nothing so I can't take her to the vet.
