rehoming a 1yr old sweet female dog

Due to unfortunate circumstances I am rehoming my sweet 1 year old female KaneKorso/Bull terrier. I inherited her from my daughter a few months ago and now I am moving to LA next month and cannot take her. She is well potty trained and can hold it up to 8 hours. She has always lived in apartment and hates crates. I put her on a chain leash while I'm at work and she does great. She would be great with older kids as my son is 10 and interacts and plays with her no problem, and a family that has experience with big dogs. A family or individual with experience and patience would be ideal. She also doesn't get along with other dogs or cats so best if she's the only pet. She is very protective and will take a little time getting to know you. Her name is Fat Ma and I call her mama's. She has not yet had her first heat and not been fixed, I figured that would be a decision for her new family. She is up to date on shots, but unfortunately I was unable to get her into a vet check up since I'm moving in 3 weeks. For that reason my rehoming fee is very minimal.
