Senior dachshund

I have a senior dachshund who is around 10 years or so. She is not good with other dogs or strangers. I am not asking a rehoming fee for her just someone who will take great care of her and will be patient with her. She is fine with cats and smaller dogs.She also loves going for hikes and will do fine with strangers outside of the home. She is spayed. She has two little balls on her fur I am not sure what they are I have not had time to take her into the vet to get them checked out. Please reply if you are serious about taking her in.
