please take in and rescue this poor lil bunny

I have a little bunny that could use some rescuing as it was NOT receiving proper care! 😔 I couldn't just see the condition they had the poor thing in and not do the right thing and take it with me but I'm not able to have any animals where I'm staying. 😔 Please let me know ASAP
