We are a renovations company in need of general contractors that can complete renovations on homes. Will need to be able to complete paint, carpentry and other things on home remodels. We will supply the bid of the home with a labor price agreed upon and will give start money to get the job started and payments throughout project depending on completion. ALL materials are paid for by our company. You will need to provide your own tools to get the jobs done. Our company is completing 20-30 rehabs a month and are looking for general contractors that are looking to make money and get the jobs done. Rehabs are located all over the DFW metroplex. Each job will have a completion date that will have to be met or deductions will come off bid for each day the home is late.
