Two Tabby Cats Missing Near School on E Main St in Hyde Park Village

Description

Two of our indoor cats escaped evening of Friday August 20th and are likely in the immediate vicinity of where Centerville Rd ends (starts?) at E Main St in the Hyde Park Village. They are both very shy, very fast, and should not be approached; if spotted please just call or text us at (please leave message if I don't pick up! Or text!) and we can trap them. If you do trap them in a live trap or garage or something, they will hiss but they are very docile, just extremely shy. Just leave them and call us! Chasing them, or calling to them, will just drive them into the brush. The male is a Norwegian forest cat named Max (like a small Maine Coon); his body is long and he has short-ish legs. He has very long, fluffy, and silky fur. He is a dark brown/black/tan tabby, and his face and neck has some white around it. He is a bit over a year old, fixed, and has a microchip. The female is a shorthair brown/black/tan tabby named Wanda. She is on the smaller side, though a little bit chunky, and her left ear (from her perspective) is clipped. Her tail is also about 2 inches shorter than average due to an incident from when she was feral. She looks a bit like Max, but lighter and has more white on her chin. She is older, 3-6 (age unknown), fixed, but doesn't have a working microchip. Again, please call or text , 24 hours a day. I can accept pictures at that number. Thank you, Ken & Mel
