Digging and moving buckets of dirt

I have a short term gig for one or two people to finish a basement dig out. The job specs are: - dig out 100-150 sqft of area; 18 inches down; grade starts knee-high (which is good). - fill up 5gal buckets - carry buckets up 10 steps and 10 yards to alley and dump into to a green Bagster. - I have all tools. Comp: $15/hour with $250 bonus if finish the job entirely. All cash. Probably 3 days of work here. I will fire up the grill and provide lunch starting on day 2 and each day thereafter.
