ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Includes the following and other duties may be assigned as needed. The primary responsibility of the Irrigation Manager is to meet departmental goals while keeping safety and efficiency for their team. The Irrigation and Enhancement Manager also is responsible in training, educating, and performing quality service at all times. Essential functions and responsibilities also include: Lead, Manage, and hold team accountable Understand and meet company revenue and quality service goals. Train and educate the production and sales team. Resolve client concerns efficiently and promptly Install, troubleshoot and repair many types, sizes and models of drip/sprinkler systems, controllers and valves, including electrical troubleshooting of all the systems components. Route schedules for team efficiently Assist field personnel with diagnosing and troubleshooting irrigation-related problems. May train or instruct others in minor irrigation repairs. Perform site assessments and identify problems, reporting any repairs or maintenance requirements needed on equipment Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and completed work orders and prepare necessary documents and reports. Inspect equipment, inventory supplies and maintain adequate on-hand supplies. May assist in coordination with other departments or outside contractors. Participate in the Safety Program and adhere to company safety guidelines operating in a safe and efficient manner. Assure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned within the allotted budgeted hours. Attend meetings as needed. Serve as a model employee and set the standards for a quality company image that invites customers to repeat their business, especially regarding work quality, promptness, language and dress. Perform other duties, such as general grounds maintenance, as needed or requested by supervisor. Requirements Must have a valid drivers license 3 + years of Irrigation / Landscaping experience 2 + years of Managing a team of 4 or more employees
