Candidate will attend and observe one public criminal trial proceeding. One day only. Total time 2 hours. Candidate will need to take notes and report on the proceeding, identify individuals affiliated with defendant and complainant.
Candidate is to have no direct or indirect contact with any parties at any time that are affiliated with proceeding. No photography within courtroom.
Upon acceptance of assignment candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Once NDA is signed specifics of the case and all parties including date/time of trial, trial docket number, specific courtroom, judge, name of defendant and complainant will be provided.
