Framer, Trim Carpenter, Drywall hang and finish

I need an 10 year plus experienced Framer / Trim Carpenter / Drywall finisher. I am NOT looking for a handyman. I AM looking for a skilled worker. Job: Framing a single wall 8' high 12' long wall / install a door and hang drywall. Strong 1 day. Longer if you finish and paint. I have the door / jamb / base board ready to go. Conpensation: I will pay $25/hr. Requirement: 1) Must have truck with valid drivers license. 2) Minimum 10 years experience (20 or more preferable). 3) Must be able to pickup supply from home depot (will pay $20 additional for gas) 4) Must have all the necessary tools (Compressor, framing gun / finish nailer / drills / saws etc..) 5) Must be 40 Plus age and matured person. I am NOT looking for a young guy who knows all. 6) Must be available now and respond to this ad with a phone number and best time to reach. Contact only if you meet all the requirements above.
