We are hiring for full and part time positions. Approximately 20-38 hours per week. Evening and night shift. Hours are flexible. We are looking for individuals with experience in commercial janitorial work. We are open to unconventional employment opportunities; a couple working together, a college student who needs to fill just a few hours, or disabled individuals or retired persons looking for a little supplemental income. Starting pay is $14.00 with possible raise after 30 days. Show us your work ethic and integrity, we’ll compensate accordingly. ($15 at 6 months) Current scale- $15-20 If you are motivated, determined, focused, and reliable, we challenge you to give us a reason to break our scale! Some job sites may require lifting large garbage bags and carry them down stairs, others have high probability to bend, kneel, and carry up to 25lbs. PLEASE discuss your limitations with us. Employees are required to have reliable transportation (with potential to have several job sites per shift) and a cellular data accessible device (per employee), as communication is critical during shifts, must have ability to communicate for emergencies or shift changes.
