Carson City RV is currently seeking a service warranty advisor. As the oldest RV dealership in the area, we are well known for our after-sale service. This position works closely with dealership personnel, RV manufacturers, as well as component manufacturers. The position requires an individual that is out going, capable of thinking outside the box, motivated with a strong drive, capable of working in a solo environment.
Duties include:
∙Data entry for pre-auth, and finalizing of warranty claims
∙Working with dealership personnel to photograph warranty defects
∙Communication with manufacturers for authorization and direction
∙Tracking of warranty payments, aged claims, warranty claim status
RV experience is preferred, not required. We will train the right individual. This position is open for immediate fulfillment. Carson City RV offers competitive pay, benefits, as well as paid time off. The days and hours of operation are Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
