Description
Blue Ribbon Personnel Services--Lake Tahoe's Premier Staffing Agency—is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician at an apartment complex in South Lake Tahoe.
STARTING PAY = $17.00 per hour.
HOURS: FULL-TIME / 40 hours per week.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Duties include:
Practical experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
General carpentry repairs.
Light plumbing and minor electrical repair.
Painting / minor touch-ups of interior and exterior of buildings.
Grounds keeping and snow removal.
Some HVAC experience preferred.
Basic experience with locks and door hardware.
Ability to organize and maintain inventory supplies.
