Janitorial / Handyman $17 Hour, 2nd Shift Sun City, CA Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 2.00pm to 10.30pm Janitorial and Maintenance Helper required for a Home Owners Association in Sun City, CA. JOB DUTIES and EXPERIENCE: • Maintain cleanliness in areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, dining areas. • Floor maintenance includes sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. • Clean bathrooms to include stalls, sinks, floors, glass and fixtures, restock supplies. • Knowledge of hand and power tools and building maintenance and repairs • Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping tasks • Keep the buildings and common areas in the community clean and in good repair • Experience in building maintenance and repairs, handyman or Janitorial work • Hand Tool and Power Tool experience, and willing to work indoors and outdoors Please reply with resume or describe your work experience, and include your CELL NUMBER and EMAIL.
