Somewhat-qualified (certification not required), drug-free (REALLY! WITHOUT A DOUBT! NOT OPTIONAL!) automotive painter/body worker/ mechanic desperately needed for small, relaxed shop today (preferred) or tomorrow. I will consider anyone with good technique and experience using a compressor-powered paint sprayer (new) and two-stage paint, but I cannot afford for someone to simply 'practice' with $240 worth of original factory color paint on a vehicle sanded to bare metal due to flaking paint and already taped and primed. The owner (me) paints horribly, but I will assist with setup, accident prevention, and cleanup. This job (including some fine sanding, painting, and trim installation) pays $20 per hour with a $100 minimum (will likely take less than five hours). If this job sounds fun, my building and lot contain at least ten other vehicles to complete (backlog of work due to staffing)! I have regular part-time (possibly full-time in the future), flexible schedule work consisting of minor mechanical work and auto body repairs (including welding) available now starting at $20 per hour cash with bonuses for quality and efficiency.
