The Apartment Complex is located in Middlesex, NJ. We are looking for a Superintendent to live on-site. This position will include the responsibility for general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, resident service requests and after hours On-Call emergency maintenance calls. Must have own tools, vehicle, and drivers license. Work week is M-F: 8-4:30 S: 8-12. Compensation includes: $800/wk (40 Reg + 4 OT), apartment (utilities paid by employer), health insurance, overtime time pay as required, 1 week paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, and 6 paid holidays.
