PROJECT 2 LITHIA:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TO REPAIR A BUCKLED LAMINATED FLOOR
1- Pressure wash exterior and maybe backyard fence on left side of house.
2-Bedroom 1 by the entrance: paint wall behind the door
3-Bedroom 2 opposite bedroom 1; Fix hole in red wall and hole in the wall as you enter on the left hand side of door and paint as needed.
4-Bathroom 1: install a ceramic soap holder (soap dish) on the tiled wall opening, replace toilet
5-Touch up paint the patched areas in the living room and dining room with matched blue paint.
6- Master bed, patch and paint walls with matching paint. Fix or replace the broken door
7- Replace the broken switch and outlet covers as needed; 2 in kitchen, 1 in 3rd bedroom
8-Check the left side of the sliding door in living.
9- Clean the master bed window and whole house
10-Remove mattress and mirror from bedroom also desk and dresser
11. Paint front door.
