NOW HIRING!!!! NOW HIRING!!!! NOW HIRING!!!! We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager. The candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Landscaping. Ensuring work is done according to plan, finalizing projects with strict deadlines and within the budget. Must be a professional in this position. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. Ability to take the initiative and think strategically. Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day activities of projects and staff,communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters. -Make decisions and communicate trade offs and risks, drive key decisions across projects. -Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals. -Plan and schedule project timelines. -Preparation of the project schedule. -Review the project plans and specifications based on the client's proposal. -Determine the frequency and content status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem issues. -Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. -Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses. -Maintain and enforce good standard materials and quality control. -Make sure that our client never has to wonder what is happening with their job. -In charge of managing our crews in the successful installation of beautiful, design-build landscape projects from start to finish. -Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, and hardscape walkways. Qualifications: -Minimum of 2 years working as a Project Manager in Landscaping. -Preferably experience in managing supervising positions or overseeing landscape or installation crews. -Ability to read landscape plans. -Excellent in written and verbal communication skills. -Must have customer service and sales presentations skills. -Knows how to create a plan, design and schedule tasks that need to be done. -Must know how to keep track of the budget. -Must have the ability to provide assistance to the team when needed. -Ability to perform heavy and physically demanding work for lengthy and continuous periods of time. -Knows how to prepare estimates, scheduling work tasks,purchasing equipment, labor costs and maintaining a detailed record of the work. -Experience managing a team of landscape technicians, taking design concepts to completion.
