Small community style complex looking for a live in super to assist with day to day management of the complex.
Ideal candidates will be asked to keep the complex clean, and sanitary, assist with leasing activities (move in, move out walkthroughs, showings, etc) minor maintenance requests, and be the face of the property for the management company.
Ideal candidate should have experience:
*Painting, Plastering, Sanding Walls
*Replacing Sheetrock, Compounding walls
*Minor leak repairs, (trap replacement, washer replacements, sink repair, replacements)
*Minor electrical repairs (replacing outlets, finding shorts, replacing light fixtures)
*General apartment turnover (deep cleaning, spot touch ups)
*Can communicate issues and concerns effectively with the management office.
Candidate would be offered one bedroom "super unit" and a stipend commensurate with experience.
