Maintenance / Handy Person Grand Self Storage USA is looking for a dependable part time to full time maintenance person to assist in the daily maintenance of the facility insuring that the storage units, grounds, landscaping, and physical structure is maintained to the highest standards. Job responsibilities will include clean out of storage units, minor preventative maintenance of equipment, repair and painting of buildings, minor plumbing repairs, up-keep of grounds and landscaping, mowing of lawn, general trash pick-up and cleanliness of facility, sweeping and mopping of hallways, dusting and cleaning of doors, minor roof repairs, pest control, purchasing of maintenance supplies, and any additional duties as needed. Part time or full time hours per week. Flexible days and hours.
