1X Month mowing and raking. $60 Prefer no loud gas blowers

Looking for someone or two people to help me maintain my medium size yard, preferably without all the loud, gas leaf blowing machines. If you've got some quiet equipment and are interested please contact me. I do all the other yard maintenance myself. All I need is the lawn mowed once a month and leaves raked and bagged. Occasionally I might have extra jobs for more money. Two guys that used to do it were usually done in an hour and a half. Photo shows primary lawn I need maintained. There is another area of lawn below, by the carport, and area above that just needs raking.
