Concrete grinding and coating technician Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and hard working individual able to handle concrete grinding work as well as manual painting of floors and edges of indoor and outdoor facilities, residential and commercial. Must be in good physical condition to do bending, crouching and holding of grinding tools for long periods of time to remove and strip thin layer of concrete. Also includes demolition and removal of previous flooring. and applying new coats to floor. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. We are hiring a full time position with a schedule of 4 ten hour days. Overtime is available often. 5 to 6 days a week are possible. Shifts are 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday. Some days are longer but we do compensate for it. You must have a valid drivers license or reliable transportation to meet at the company warehouse everyday. Must have smart phone, good work ethic, great attitude, able to work well as a team and be able to follow instructions. This is entry level where we will start you on the first day at $20 for training. Every day after, $1/hour raise until 5th day. If you make it to the Second week, we will start you at $25/hour. If you make it to the 3rd week you will make $26/hour. If you continue to progress well, we will pay you up to $30/hour. This includes full medical, paid vacation and a 401k.
