Job description Hacienda Mobile Home Sales is looking to hire an experienced Handy Man. In this role, the successful candidate will perform many different types of construction projects (see below). The ideal candidate will be able to work on our residential park in Brownsville. Normal work week is Monday-Friday, with few exceptions. TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION PERFORMED: - Residential remodels - Framing - Carpentry - Drywall - Taping - Concrete - Roofing - Painting - Plumbing - Basic Electrical Skills MUST HAVES: - Must be a team player - Able to communicate in English/Spanish - Experience in one or more of the types of construction performed - Able to work 40 hrs weekly - Must have Class C driver’s license (or able to obtain one) - Ability to lift heavy things - Positive attitude - Ability to learn and adapt to change in work environme Job Type: Full-time Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
