Join us for an evening to remember! The Garden Wellness + Caravan Wine Shop = Wine Barre on The Square! The Garden Wellness in Plover (a new business opening in October) is teaming up with Caravan Wine Shop in Steven’s Point for a fun evening in the square! The Plan: Meet at 6pm at Caravan Wine Shop located at 1221 2nd Street in Steven’s Point. Please bring a mat and a water bottle! After class we will spend time connecting in community and enjoying a Friday evening together. What is a Barre?: Barre is a low impact physical fitness class that combines ballet inspired movements (and NO you don‘t have to be a professional to attend!) with elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements. This style of class will leave you smiling and feeling strong. Barre is a signature class at The Garden- A Transformative Wellness Space and will be taught by owner Ashley Schroeder. The class is meant to inspire you to be better than you were yesterday and that you can do anything you set your mind to. After class enjoy a glass of wine from Caravan (one glass) included in your ticket price. Caravan is a new wine shop inspired by Keith & Lenora Biesack.
