Join us in our free 45 min long outdoor gentle yoga and meditation sessions to connect with nature and raise funds for a local nonprofit We have partnered with Treehouse, a local nonprofit that aims to support foster youth through academic and advocacy services. They facilitate year long programs such as Graduation Success to make sure these youths graduate from high school, Launch Success to promote higher education and Driver's Program to assist with passing the WA's Drivers License. Though this event is free, contribution is highly encouraged. If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected]. Required: Bring your mat. If you don't have one, let me know in advance and I will try my best to accomodate you. Also, bring water and wear comfy clothes.
