Maintenance worker needed for busy property management company. This position will require you to work at multiple properties assisting property superintendents. Any carpentry, hvac, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, or landscaping experience a plus but not required. Some painting experience or willingness to learn to be a good painter is a must. Our company is located in Quincy with properties in Revere, Quincy, Weymouth, and the south shore. You will report to the corporate office and be assigned different tasks depending on the needs of particular properties. We are willing to accept full or part time applicants.
