The technological age has many of us feeling isolated, disconnected, and lonely. Now, with the emergence of COVID, more aspects of our lives are accomplished remotely & there is a further dissolution of personal contact.
Wellness Consortium founder, Katie Martin has put together a reoccurring event with the intention of fostering community and connection as an antidote to the isolation and disconnection a lot of us have been experiencing.
This will be a space where folks can can relax, restore, and, recharge at Weekend Wind Down. Leave the week behind and unwind as we gather every first and third Friday of August and September at 7:30 pm.
Content will include guided meditations, grounding exercises, self compassion practices, as well as tools to combat burnout and overwhelm.
