Deck Stairs... I want stairs outside the kitchen door from the back deck down to the back yard. Should not be a big deal, actually. Still, I need someone with skills to plan the project, price it, and build it. Yes, treated lumber is expensive these days. Experts predict it’s going to stay that way for quite a while. At my age I would rather have the completed stairs even if it costs more for materials. I’ve been here just over one year and I knew it would be a pain going out the front door to get to the back of the property. Now is the time to fix this issue. References would be appreciated – something such as documents or a portfolio of previous work completed. Otherwise, someone that can verify you will do what you say you will do.
