Celebration of Champions The Wings Track Club of Houston, Texas is one of the nation’s leading and most experienced youth track and field organizations in the state of Texas. Mr. Curtis Terrel founded the club in 1977 out of the need to assist young persons, who were interested in organized track and field competition on local, regional, and national levels.
