Using cycling to address health and wellness Think Outside Da Block presents Roll N Peace!
We continue to use cycling as the plan of action to address the public safety and mental health and wellness of the Englewood community. Roll N Peace decreases violence through community presence, increases physical fitness with exercise and mobility, and improves emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing through intentional community engagement. With COVID-19 in mind, cycling is a great way to abide by social distancing measures while also getting outside, having fun, getting exercise, and having social interactions, all of which are good for mental health and immunity.
