Quick exterior repair, requires ladder

Job for tomorrow, August 21: With the storm approaching on Sunday, I am seeking someone who can install a waterproofing membrane / shingles into our damaged exterior siding as a stop-gap until we can get a real solution to the issue. Because the issue is on the second floor, I need someone who is comfortable on a tall ladder, ideally who would use a harness for fall protection. I assume that this would need 2 people (one to hold the ladder). I am offering $100 because I do need this done urgently. Thank you!
