Position Summary: Working with the Equipment/Yard Manager to keep the Yard and all vehicles and equipment clean and organized. Primary Responsibilities: • Construction yard maintenance and organization • Construction supplies and equipment inventory organization. • Yard and driveway maintenance. • Shop organization and cleaning. • Shop inventory pick and place. • Parts running. • Jobsite deliveries. • Pressure washing vehicles and equipment. • Assist with vehicle and equipment check in process. • Remove all trash and keep the yard neat. • Ensures that all vehicles and equipment are in their appropriate spots. • Perform various tasks as directed by Equipment/Yard Manager Requirements: • Valid Driver’s license. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Self-starter with ability to multitask. • Comfortably negotiate multistory heights and able to lift 50 pounds. • Physically fit and able to work vigorously • Able to push and pull weights at least 50 pounds • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. • CDL and previous construction/trucking experience a plus.
