— soothe your body and nervous system with this slow intentional practice. Peel away the layers of stress and tune into the natural rhythms of your body and breath. Indulge in slow movements and deep breaths. Bring your own mat + props recommended: beach towel (to be rolled up like a bolster), strap (anything strap like will work from a belt to a bath robe sash) + any props that make you feel comfy and cozy (I’m obsessed with my yoga blocks!)
