Join us at Choices In Wellness to learn a new way to manage stress by learning about mindful meditation in our free five session series. The group will begin September 23, 2021 and end October 21,2021. We will meet once at week every Thursday. The goal of the group is prevention. By teaching mindfulness practices to group members, it helps prevent feelings of stress and anxiety. By introducing a variety of mindfulness calming techniques, this group allows people to understand what mindfulness is and what best approach works well for them. This group also provides social support where women of all ages will have a place to meet others who are dealing with stress and trying to juggle life as we return to a sense of normalcy. Our small group of 10 will meet for an hour each session on Thursday. Availability is limited, so please inquire soon! **Water and materials needed for the class will be provided.
