Porter will be responsible for general oversight, cleaning, and stocking supplies in all public areas inside and outside of assigned building, including restroom as needed. Duties may include taking out trash, vacumming, cleaning doors/windows, and other cleaning related duties as assigned. Respond to building's needs in a timely and effective manner. Full Time - $13.00/hr This position is Monday-Friday 8a-5pm. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Job Qualifications: Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to function as main contact for client and tenants in building, using high level of professionalism and communication skills. Must have ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete daily. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
