Now Hiring Cleaning Specialists to join our team in SW Michigan and Northern IN! Available Contract Positions: Part Time (5-20+ hours/week) Full Time (32-40 hours/week) You choose when you want to work!! We offer cleaning solutions based on customer needs for residential, office and commercial, and AirBnB/VRBO sites across SW Michigan and Northern Indiana. We have a team of detail-oriented, punctual, and friendly Cleaning Specialists that we want you to join! The eligible candidate will: • Have reliable transportation to and from each jobsite • Have a valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance • Possess strong communication skills, and be meticulous and detail-oriented • Be able to arrive at each job site within the given timeframe • Be able to complete each job to full satisfaction • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, and climb stairs with or without reasonable accommodations • Be able to lift up to 40 lbs of supplies with or without accommodations • Be able to pass a criminal background check and five-panel drug screen Past experience preferred, but not required. We'll train the right people! We offer supplies for each job or bonuses when you use your own supplies. As a Cleaning Specialist, some of your job duties will include: • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping • Cleaning inside of windows (Some outdoor window cleaning on first level only) • Scrub sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs • Clean around the base of cabinets, toilets, and similar fixed items in the household • Scrubbing baseboards, trims, and stairwell components • Other various cleaning tasks Public Health Policy: We take your health seriously; you may be required to wear a mask on job sites when requested. Additional bonus available for those who are fully COVID vaccinated. You'll be compensated as a contractor for us, with a competitive pay rate, bonuses, and raises.
