Bump, grind and gyrate through Pilates, Kettlebell, Circuit, and HIIT drills to embrace your sexiness. It’s about time you got down with your bad self. Stick around after class, we will have vendors and entertainers. Our events are formatted so that participants can socialize and build a community with each other. Don’t forget to bring your mat!
