Oso is 7 yr old Asian Shepard who was found on a rural highway and currently lives on a ranch in north east LA county but his living situation is not sustainable. He is very sweet, gentle and intelligent. His breed is known primarily for herding and guard dog duties. He is very quiet except when he senses intruders and then goes instinctively into protective mode. He seems to be a loner when it comes to getting along with other dogs but would make a wonderful protective companion for the right owner. The cropped ears and short tail are characteristic for this breed
