For Beauty Bosses, Make-Up Moguls and Entrepreneurs to Mastermind over a Strolling Brunch & Mimosas and Strategic Plan for their Brands Although our target audience is PMU & MUAs and Beauty Professionals this event was created for aspiring and driven entrepreneurs who are ready to build networks and the alliances required to take their brands and businesses to the next level. There will be Beauty Insiders, Business Coaches as well as a Q&A panel discussion. This event is ideal for make up and beauty professionals, graphic designers, media arts specialists as well as brand ambassadors, models and brand developers. All entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend as we tackle and gain clarity on the hurdles that are hindering business owners from elevating their brands. Come eat & drink, Mix & Mingle, Network while gaining Business Insight and Strategies. In 2004 I incorporated my first nonprofit Anointing New Beginnings Community Outreach and Development Center, Inc. At that time I knew it was paramount that I get out and network with existing businesses that were doing the work I aspired to do. At a networking event I came across an organization named Detroit Parent Network which at that time was doing phenomenal works in the community on behalf of education and strong family development. I became a volunteer and was asked to join their team as a education & outreach specialist. Their goals of community outreach was the catalyst that I needed to be the change I wanted see my community. Empowering youth & families is not just my goal it has become my lifestyle. I have had several success stories and have a desire to create more!   In 2007 I became apart of the Skillman Foundation's Good Neighborhood Initiative (GNI) where I received numerous hours of training in the areas of action planning, creating focus groups, advocacy, grant writing and other leadership & business development fundamentals. I received my first grant in 2007 and began assisting others establishing stretegic plans and connecting them to resources. I have had the pleasure of being trained by United Way's Live United education initiative and becoming an advocate. After a very large response in  2011, I organized and facitilated my first Business Incorporation & Grant Writing Workshops in Detroit Michigan at Don Bosco Hall Community Resource Center. Currently, I am completing my masters of science in psychology with a concentration of Industrial & Organization (I/O). With that being said I am excited to share the fundamentals of creating and incorporating a successful
